LOL, got lucky on the timing when I logged in.

I do not see change bars in the document. Is there anything that highlights what changes have been made this year?

Changes from the 09 rule book are bold and italic.

PIP schedule hasn't been affected too much, but most people should be aware of the changes to the free seat modifications. Among other changes, the scoring has been completely revised. Everyone, please read the rule book in its entirety to see if any other changes affect you. The CCDB will take some time to update so don't rely on that just yet.

Thanks, that makes sense now. I did not notice it before.

The schedule shows a day at MIR on Sunday 4 July. The Race Ontario schedule also shows racing on 3/4 July so someone seems to have a conflict.

The Race Ontario Schedule is correct for July 3rd. SoloSprint has the track for July 4th. This was an arrangement that was worked out between BARC, SoloSprint and Mosport.
