Some of you may have seen this already, but it's new to me.
Poll: Drifter wanabe or WRC wannabe, or both?
Either way I'd say this dude's out of control...

I don't even have to look at that to tell you I want one.

OK, but you gotta see it... It's alright to want one - just don't pile it like he did.
Well, you don't want THAT one. This video almost made me cry the first time I saw it. :(
Actually he's doing pretty well up until "the incident". Not the sanest driver in the world though (notice the bit where he cuts off the 911 before the funnel gate - yikes!)

Wasn't that a woman driving?

hahahaha
"Driving School"
I feel sorry for the owner of the car. I heard she was not the owner. That and all the other drivers wich needed to wait for the clean up.

yeah I got the same impression that it wasn't a man driving when the camera man zoomed in on a lady walking away from the wreck carrying some stuff...
looked pretty smooth drifting it ..... till the person crashed
sad to see a beautiful car like that crash, but the editing and music selection was hilarious!

The story I heard a while ago was the drifting was done by the cars owner, an instructor at that driving school. The woman driving the car when it rolled was his daughter that was a student at the school. I don't know how true any of that is.

Wonder if the car had a roll cage 'cos it held up pretty well after that many rolls. Wish they were for sale in Canada. From what I have read, it handles better than a STI.

Looked at it again and no cage -- not bad for a road car !!
Not the best looking machine though, but then the Sub STI is not much better in the looks department -- they both go like stink and that is what counts!

I heard the EVO will be available in Canada some time in 2004
Thats just too funny! I laugh everytime I see that!:D
How appropriate.....a tractor towing a crushed Shitsubishi off the track!:D
What a bad driver!

Hey! At least my "Shitsubishi" will still be in one piece LONG after any "Jokeswagen" has rusted away into dust. Thought that Mexican steel was a good cost-saving idea eh?
(Note: ;) Just a friendly ribbing - I used to be a VW guy before I got this car)
