A friend of mine found this on the Jalopnik web site yesterday. The story is hilarious and worth reading. Thinking it might be a hoax, I looked for Bill Caswell on the official WRC entries list and couldn't find him or his co-driver Ben Slocum. However, I dug deeper and found results for Rally America that appear to be part of events connected to the WRC circus. Kinda makes you go hmmmmm and bust a gut at the same time.... :D Enjoy!
