Its not just for VW folk......everyone is welcome.
We usually go for 2-3 20 lap sessions.
Anyone who is interested can post either here or on the Vortex.
I will keep everyone posted as to when we will be starting this.

I was there yesterday, lot's o fun...was getting 33s in car 4 but in car 14 I couldn't brake 40. I hope they equalize the cars better...
Its the season for enduros that they do....and most of the cars are matched when they have one of those events.
Bring your mad skillz out on sunday afternoons.
I think we will likely start in a couple of weeks.

I'm interested, but maybe not for every weekend. Can I just show up, or do I have to reveal my secret identity first?
Oh yeah, I'm pretty fast too. Toot, toot...

The cars are matched at least once a week, I have helped do it on a few occasions. Last Wednesday I had #4 into the high 32's (32.75) and #14 was doing low 33's, at one time we had #14 into the low 32's. Every car there is capable of at least 34's. But when they get the crap beat out of them by overly aggressive morons, they tend to go away fast.

If that guy would have let me pass.....we would have got third place in that last enduro.....but the f'er just wouldn't take a hint! So up to the neck he went.....the bad part was the black flag for me.:(

What? Sundays? And here I was counting on having my first non- motorsport Sunday since April. But then again - what WAS I thinking - it's racing! How could I pass up the opportunity?
Sure - count me in. (I'm glad it's not too early. At least I can sleep in a bit.)

Another pro night...another bunch of morons that think racing is burying the other guy in the wall. I felt sorry for the pro tonight and ended up running blocking for him. He had guys come right across the track, sideswiping him to bury him.
On the plus side we had car #8 running low 32's (32.35 for me) before turning it down for the races. And the pro and I had some good duels when we were out on the track by ourselves without all the other tools trying to t-bone us.

Is there a meet tomorrow, Nov 30? I was there tonight and got banged around by morons so much I remember why I stopped going there years ago.
However, the idea of going out with sensible and quick drivers would make me go back.

I'll be there next year - with my 2 daughters.
Driving by on the way to Cayuga, it looks like quite a show. Dozens of canopies, lots of people. Some with their own carts, others with rentals from the track.
The series looks very reasonable ($30-40 per week), and it runs through most of the spring, summer, and fall.
Daughter Sarah & I were talking to them at Speedorama last year, and she's keen to get into it in 2004.

I ran this since they started in Kitchener years ago up until I messed up my back last summer. Met Wes there a few years back. We both have lots of stories.

Well, you guys are certainly seriously fast, but I should be able to get there soon enough.:D
Yeah, I do appreciate a good clean race. But I also appreciate that you guys hit each other so much that I was able to end up 2nd in the second race. How'd that happen, eh?!!!
I'll try to make it out again on Sunday.

Yup....a little bumpin goin on. We've all been on various different tracks together in our cars, so we know how each of us are going to respond during karting. So it makes it alot of fun.
Glad you made it out.:)
