I just wanted to let everyone know that I am now taking on new clients for race preparation services. Our shop is located in Port Perry, on the Island. That makes it about 20 minutes from Mosport.
We have a 5 year old 2,000 square foot shop where I do composite work and chassis setup. Presently, as we have a number of cars in progress, we have room for only one car at a time, but we have secure overnight trailer parking so you can safely leave your gear.
We also have a 30 foot enclosed trailer and can do on-site work or pick up and deliver your car (extra charges apply).
We do NOT use an automotive alignment system, rather each car is "lazer-strung" and measured from a centre line. This is much more accurate than just aligning four wheels without determining an accurate thrust line. We can index set up points, so you can safely and accurately change toe, camber and ride heights at the track and NOT lose a base line. As well, we have the latest in digital scales to properly set corner weights.
Prices start at $150 for a basic setup (corner weights and basic string for square - formula car). Guaranteed two day turn around for all alignments...NOT on race weekends as we race as well, please, unless emergencies!
I have been racing and building cars since the 1980's and have made all the mistakes; let me save you from making the same ones!
Do it RIGHT!! Set your car up so it can give you all it is capable of!!

We also do (itchy) fibreglass and carbon fibre/kevlar fabrication. I've been doing it so long I no longer even itch! ;) We can custom build parts, create moulds, or pull parts from your part/mould.
