Is the file for the Corner Workers' (marshals') eval sheet available?

Each Marshalling club, not CASC, design their own Marshal Evaluations. While the content is generally the same, each of the club's evaluation is different as per that club's Education committee.

I would suggest contacting the Education committee or president of your club.
