We will be running two lines this Sunday to speed up the registration process.
Series registered competitors, that have previously the paperwork will be in one line, and people without paperwork will be helped by a club member to fill out the paperwork.
I am confident this will allow more course walks and prep time for all competitors.
See you all Sunday, and make sure you have lots of room in your car for the door prizes!

Great idea Andrew!
For those of you who will be walking-on to compete for the day, you can save yourself some time by completing the regional series event registration form found here:
http://solo2.casc.on.ca/info/documents/2010/2010_AutoSlalom_registration.pdf
And if you are unsure of your classing, please use the prep point schedule:
http://solo2.casc.on.ca/info/documents/2010/2010_Autoslalom_Prep_Point_Schedule.pdf
If you have questions about your classing, please post them up here indicating your vehicle and modifications.

No longer confused...Sunday, got it. Just don't know numbers I guess.

I noticed that the prep points schedule doesn't indicate how many points are allowed before being bumped to the next class. So I can access my vehicle, but I still can't actually class it, using this document.
Maybe a small revision is in order?

The Prep Point Schedule is just a declaration document. The full rule book lists the amount of points available.
Assuming allowable mods, Stock is 2 points, SS is 6 points, and SP is 15 Points. M is unlimited.
If you like, you can list your mods, and we will assist you.
Subaru Legacy GT Wagon
Suspension bits
Most likely ESS

Here's what I have and what I think the points are:
Lightweight OEM diameter crank pulley - 2 points (for real?)
ECU reprogrammed, controls boost - 2 points
Replaced up and down pipes, one cat left - free in SS+
End links, front and rear - free
Rear sway - free in SS+
Wheels .5" wider than stock - free in SS+
So, if I do anything at all to the suspension, like camber plates or bolts, I'm bumped, by one point, to ESP.
Sound accurate?

Is anyone allowed to drive in this event or is it limited? And is it $30 like the PITL events?

Everyone is welcome, not limited, and more fun than PITL, at least that is what the organizer said.
$30 for competitors ($25 for HADA members); free for spectators, from their website.

HADA site says:
"Any car can enter and first-timers are welcome...$30 for competitors ($25 for HADA members); free for spectators
Lunch is included with registration fee; non-participants may purchase a lunch voucher at the beginning of the event for $5."
I wanted to make this one, but vacation is going to interfere. The next two are in the calendar, though.
Dang, sniped!
