Powdercoat & Mangnaflux?

Can anyone suggest someone who can magnaflux and powder coat some magnesium wheels? West of Toronto would be prefered, but I'll look at anyone who has a good rep working with the types of wheels.

are magnesium wheels heat treated? if so, wouldnt powder coat ruin that heat treatment?
