do you know the weight and displacement? It's probably a mod car, but I doubt it would be competitive in class. Those aircraft engines usually have low hp/ litre
The Rotax 912 ULS is 1 Litre @ 100 Hp.
Weight of the aircraft to comply with the Advanced Ultralight or Lightsport Aircraft is less than 1400 Lbs GVW. Not too bad power to weight.

How would the down and out rule work, does he have to lad in the stop box? :p
