Come to Quebec for a F1600 race. We had 37 cars for the grand prix and great racing through the field. Heck, we still get a good number of cars in Ontario too..

Thanks for the lead to this Video
These are a bunch of 200hp at the wheels 3600lb $15k street cars putting on a show that the current 300hp+ 2700lb $50K-$100K super touring cars can only dream about.

Good clip. I like how every incident didn't automatically lead to a full course yellow.
I hate Nascar for that very reason (well many other reasons too). Nascar a car pulls onto the grass, and parks behind a wall. Gotta throw a yellow to get that car out of there. the car might be in danger if another driver decides to drive counter race and plows into the parked car.
Or....... We think there might be something on the track,,, but also the leader is also too far ahead and we need a commercial break, throw a yellow....
Not at Trois -Rivières... Just a straight up race.

I think that may be a sign of the times.
GM races at Toronto used to run without pace cars etc, now a touring car race is lucky to run 50% of the race without full course yellow and pace cars.
