Apparently he was involved in a previous incidident, and I got the impression he felt he was wrongly blamed for that incident. So now, he keeps a camera going all the time.

I can relate to that. I had someone park themselves on my quarter panel for 15km, and it required me to adjust my choice in my last accident. I feel it was the reason I hit, as opposed to going into a clear lane.

To top it off, I was the one blamed!

I'll try to get a few next time I'm down in the COTU. In the meantime, maybe I'll concenrate on the 416, 417 and the 174/Queensway. :)
