The 2011 CASC-OR season will mark the beginning of a new two-year agreement Toyo Tires returns as a CASC-OR title sponsor for 2010. Echoing last year’s agreement, substantial discounts will once again be offered to CASC members though the Team Toyo Racing program.

The Toyo Tires Championship, a competition within CASC’s provincial championships in Road Racing, Time Attack and Autoslalom between competitors who choose to compete on the Toyo R888, will also continue. In order to be eligible for the program, competitors must purchase the tires through authorized dealers participating in the Team Toyo Racing program. As with last year’s program Autoslalom and Time Attack competitors can also choose to run the new Toyo R1R ultra high-performance tire in a street tire class within their respective championships.

“The CASC-OR provides an ideal competitive platform to showcase the performance capabilities of our Proxes product line, and we’re proud to continue into our ninth consecutive season as a sponsor.” said James de Chavez, Marketing Coordinator for Toyo Tire Canada Inc.

“After the success of 2010’s sponsorship program, which saw Toyo increase their support over the year prior, I’m very pleased to see that Toyo is continuing their support of CASC-OR and grassroots motorsports by signing on as a title sponsor for two more years! Toyo’s tires such as the R888 and R1R have proven very popular in competition in the past year and I expect that to continue.” said CASC-OR Vice President, Steven Day.

Is there any word on whether Toyo will be offering up similar contingencies this year? If so, how do we register?

Thanks for the link.
Can anytone tell me for sure if there will be a toyo contingency prize this year for the provincial series? I see there is one for the nationals, but nowhere can I find one for the provincial series.
I'm trying to decide between running toyos and hoosiers on saturday, so it makes a difference.

So, they're offering discounted tires? Is there a way to read more about that?

I might be in the market at some point... I also wonder if they come in the 15" size of my stock tires, and whether some Volk racing TE37s come in that size... HERE I COME, GOOGLE.
