TGT: ballast template

Anybody have the template for the ballast yet? What are the dimensions of the weights that CASC-OR will provide? I've checked the rules and have been unable to find them. Gunter/John/Perry?

I spoke with John Bondar a week ago. He told me that there will be a template for the weights posted soon.
