Depends on which foam you want.

If you want the SFI-spec foam, I assume any good race place, like CSC Racing, would carry it.

For the FIA-approved foam, Four Star Motorsports in Georgetown must have it, or have a similar FIA-approved product.

I was talking to Matt at BSCI last week because I was looking to change some of my current rollbar padding (Confor CF-45) because it isn't as good as the FIA spec above 20-25 degrees. He said the easiest thing for me to do to get the FIA-spec stuff was go through Kirkey seats, who are just outside Cornwall. BSCI ships to Kirkey regularly (Kirkey uses BSCI foam for some things), so it is easy to order through Kirkey (or the shop in front of Kirkey's factory), and BSCI can include it in their next regular shipment to Kirkey.

Thanks I've got to cover my cage with something and since it's going to be the only thing between my head and the bar when I don't have my helmet on it better be good.

I recommend layering the two types in a street driven car. Use the beafy FIA stuff for safety, then cover it with the cheap ass pool-noodle looking crap for comfort (in case you bump your head getting in or out, or over the rail road tracks).
