What about food and washrooms? You can't possibly post an event without that critical info! ;)

The pictures on the tracks website only focus on the cars. I can't really get a gauge of the size of the place. No infield to play in?

no infield, but it's a good enough track, nice oval, graval paddock. the peterborough downs event we did last year reminded me of running delaware.
Delaware Speedway is awesome!!! There is an infield, and it's a 1/2 mile oval that's nice and wide. Not much of a bank, but it's fun. I've done several KOTH's there and even broke an axle during the finals.

the 'infield' is really just a paddock and on-ramp... but it is an awesome track!! I recall more of a bank but haven't done many ovals and no koth's.
Any chance of getting a provincial event added to the series???

Washrooms will be available, but no food on site. Tim Horton's and Subway is a 1 minute from the track in Kamoka.

Wow, that's pretty clever! Since none of these are listed as a provincial event, they can do what they want.
Delaware ALWAYS made for some interesting events. Nice to see WOSCA is back with a venue!

There is also take out pizza and fried chicken at the corner store in Delaware. When turn outs are low we will take a lunch break. First event we'll play it by ear. With short notice and rain forecast I'm not expecting a big turn out for event #1.

Thanks for the event WOSCA! It was worth the drive to try my hand at oval slaloming again. Can't want to see what happens when it isn't dumping rain for the ENTIRE EVENT.
