need help with alignment. Anyone know how to properly string a car?

Hey guys, I've just done a rather aggressive lowering on my Rx7 with much stiffer springs and tokico's. Now the alignment is all wonky. I'd like to learn how to do it myself via camber gauge & string box.

Anyone in the Barrie area willing to help?

With big thanks to Tom, the car is driving straight, and is no longer trying to kill me! That 1/4" of toe out on the right front might have had something to do with that ;)
