There are two types of autocrossers: Those who were at the 2010 Nationals and those who wish they had been at the 2010 Nationals. No matter which group you’re in, you’ll want to be at this event.
MCO/AISA hosts of last year’s Nationals, are hoping to rekindle the competition and amazing atmosphere of last August at a two-day event to be held on July 23-24 (under ASN rules) at the Autodrome Ste. Eustache, which is reportedly is going to be sporting some fresh asphalt.
The event will be less formal than last years Nationals with more focus on fun. Admission is expected to be $100 - $125 for the two days and will include BBQ, T-Shirt, and Trophies. One of the two days will also be points paying for the MCO championship and will also serve as the 2011 annual Interprovincial Cup (IPC).
The track is rented, the date is set, the beverages are chilling… all we need now is YOU!

I'm there for sure.
Also note that there's free track side camping and I believe stock car racing to watch on Saturday evening too.
I'll be bringing a fairly hefty tent and have spots available. Sleeping is free, but cuddling will cost you.
For an idea of the kind of course, have a looksee here (and ignore my forgetting to brake moment): Canadian Autoslalom Championship 2010 Day 2 Vid (http://youtu.be/EmG-rIISm6E)
Fast and flowing. Tasty. The track was repaved this year too.
Carl puts on a good party folks, the fun won't end when the driving does.

Last year was a BLAST! Incredible time, no matter how you drove. You guys owe it to yourselves to make the trip, it's another Picton quality weekend of fun and racing!

Oooh. That is guaranteed to be fun. It's too bad I didn't already book a week at the cottage with the family then. I wonder if they'd notice if I slipped out and went to Quebec.

Yup, my mother has a house in Moron Heights (2 as a matter of fact, one is for sale) and a nice condo in Westmount. Care to have a bunk to race in the 2 day event?

Speachless, I can't wait. Will it have a girly name or a real guy car name?
On another note, why would a car company use the acronym of "Sexually Transmissible Infection" in the model designation... Aaah I know why, it's because it's been sticking it to Elises... It had to get it from somewhere..

We're under the two week mark guys! This is fast approaching.
Everyone who was at Nationals last year remembers how awesome it was. The course, the cars, the BBQ's, the "apple juice in red cups," and the evening drivers meetings were all a blast. This is going to be the same sort of thing!
Awesome courses both days, and tons of fun for everyone. More people are saying they'll be camping this year, AND there's a circle track event Sat night! So we can watch and laugh at the guys who can't turn right. :D
This is going to be a great event, but only if we get people out. We need more registrations. I know it's quite a drive from Toronto and area, but this WILL be worth it!

If you don't register by tonight, you'll be facing a late registration fee of $25 for 2 day registration or $15 for 1 day registrations.
Stop putting it off and get your name in there!!!
Looking forward to seeing the GTA crowd up there!
