Why talk about slip angles and camber setting when it's much easier just to see them in action?

I'm really curious what my tires are doing during a run so I mounted the GoPro low for a few runs:

Front passenger tire cam (http://youtu.be/sxMDEdfBCS0) - Rolling over a bit. Think my pressure is too low?

Rear passenger tire cam (http://youtu.be/VCdU1v7yl0I) - I'm still hearing conflicting advice re. rear tire pressure. I'm of the belief that lower pressure = higher rear tire slip angle = less understeer. But many great drivers say differently. Higher pressure = less rear tire slip angle = less rear end grip = snap oversteer. But that seems less controllable than the lower pressure scenario and I personally haven't been able to use it to my advantage. Hmmmmmm.

Front driver side wheel cam (http://youtu.be/BsopPMIxZHg) - My front static camber is -2°. That doesn't give me 0° camber at full roll but it doesn't look too bad. Wouldn't mind confirming with a temperature gauge but not sure short/slow PITL course are enough to get good temperature readings. Also, I don't have a temp gauge :P

You can borrow our temp gauge. When we're not feeling lazy, we use tire temps to help optimize tire pressures as well as our camber settings.

i'm of my favourite sayings

you let the elephant go when you're trying to catch the mouse

you're looking for seconds yang, not tenths.... dont be worried about slip angle and camber settings when you're getting beat by 2 seconds :)

Not making excuses. Just fueling my curiosity.

Somebody famous, said something like, "take care of the tenths and seconds can be found."

Sorry for the wait guys. Camera is busted now as you can see. :( Lasted 400+ runs and the hell that went with them though!

The motors that keep the lens aligned and conteract shake (at autocross there's no shake right??) finally gave up and the lens no longer knows what is center. So it shakes as if the word is ending. Cool video effect...

Anyway. Here are the videos. Note that some have been affected by the failure.
