That was hot.
Congrats to Paul K, he was at the top of both the FTD and PAX lists at the end of the day. Runner up - both FTD and PAX - was Steven D.
Paul is two points ahead of Tashko S in the overall points. Will the championship be decided in two weeks in Brampton? Show up and find out.
Head on over to the old site http://solo2.casc.on.ca/events/2011results.php to take a look at the results - still waiting on the powers that be to get me permissions to the new site.
Smaller turnout today at only 46 cars, even though the heat scared some people away 7 timed runs were completed by three, with fun runs to boot.
Out of the 347 runs that were completed today, 132 had cones (almost as many as last event which had more then double the number or cars), 19 were DNF's.
96 runs had a one cone casualty, 22 with two, and only 14 with 3 or more hit. The high cone count award went to Arris G in the Miata, hitting a total of 7 cones in one run, and runner up to Eric R whom with the help of a re-run collected 6 cones. Credit to the hustling marshal's they got them all setup back up before the next car arrived.
If you notice any error's or omissions in the results/points please send me a pm.
Looking forward to event 6 in Brampton hosted by HADA, August 7th.
