PMSC-Last Chance solo

PMSC is holding their last chance solo2 event on Sunday October 16th. The event will be held at the Kawartha Downs stock car oval track. We have used this track several times along with the regional event earlier this season.
If you haven't experience an oval track before with high banking, now is your chance!
Registration opens at 8:30am. Cost is only $ 25.00.
First run at 10am.
The track is just off of highway 115 to the Kawartha Slots.
Get your last rush of speed before the snow flies.

$25 is for everyone. We do have a discount for PMSC members only.

Don't know, I wasn't there. Possibly increased rental costs for KD for that weekend.

The regionals are a CASC sanctioned event. This means there are additional charges such as levis which CASC charges for hosting a regional solo.
These levis are not charged for a regular club solo because they are not sanctioned by CASC.

We usually try to have our events running by 10 am, but we have run into timing issues once and awhile

that being said we have never run past 4 pm

How is decent weather defined? I want to come out and run the bank but if no bank then it is just too far a drive.

aslong as the pavement is dry it will be a go, and so far it looks good

might be a bit cold, but i just didn't want to do a course on the oval if the pavement is wet

looks like we will be good to run on the oval

I was running a new setup so I was pretty much all over the place throughout the day. I started getting the hang of it nearer to the end. I pretty much only got in 1 or 2 clean runs.

In one of my runs which I didnt get on camera, I spun out in the same place as well but closer to the wall which was pretty scary. :eek:
