screwed up a perfectly good Rx-8.
I want to see their new lateral G figures with their bling bling 19 inch wheels.
What a waste of a pefectly good rx8
Honestly, it wasn't much of a 'transformation'. A decal kit, some 19" rims, an N2O kit, and some cross-drilled rotors. Woo hoo. Oh, I think they painted the calipers too. What happened to the intake, exhaust, body kit, big brake kit, and huge stereo that they were talking about?
Oh, and they sure did pretty up Wheel and Tire Zone's shop for that show!
Cheers!

Did you catch a glimpse of my 2003 Mazda 626 Ice Racer, The Killer Tomato, what a highlight to see that sh*tpail on the TV.
By the way Blair Duguid is driving it this year, sans Turbo, and he's kicking butt.

^^^??? You think tuned RX-8's should have reversed decals???:D J/K.
Somewhat off topic: I finally got a close look at a stock one (RX-8) at the autoshow. VERY nice. Probably the nicest 'fitting' car I've sat in... and for the price, pretty amazing.
(my parents are kicking themselves for juist getting a loaded Altima: nice, but roughly the same price!)

I just watched this show for the first time(I know it was the first episode-but I missed the first showings)and the only thing I got a kick outa was seeing the flying red tomatoe on the hoist in the background.
Whats the deal?,were they trying to hide it up in the air and hope it was off camera?(ha ha).
The only good mod done in that show was THEY WASHED THE CAR that was the worst car show I have ever seen my shop is cleaner than that 1 and mine is not clean.

content? terrible
camera work? sub par
twist on a theme? awful
overall execution? crap.
if this show is already bought and the time slot allocated, well, at least it can only get better.
if we must have "personalities" on the show, at least have a section where they EDUCATE the person watching the show. "uhh, cross drilled rotors allow more air to cool the brakes..and..uhh.. they brake better.".
wtf was that? why not slotted? asshats.

I mean come on....
Let's give SOME credit where credit is due... It's not about peak hp... it's about the shape of the torque curve!
