I Need Help

i gotta problem with my prelude.

its an 88 and when i pop up my head lites my inside consol goes off and my park brake lites go off too. so the only thing on is my head lights =S

when i turn my headlights off, then the inside consols works and my park lights then turn on

can someone out there help a person out plz?
