Anyone have an idea of how much neg camber is necessary for Kumhos to work well ? I've heard neg 2 degrees but would more be helpful ?

I had -2.3 and still wasn't using the whole tire. 3/4 of it, though.

I will only have -1.6 degrees for the first race, we had some trouble with the chrome-moly a-arms not being long enough. I'll let you know how it works.

I have about -1.80 and think I could use more, mabe another -.75 This is going to take some grinding drilling or fabrication on my part. The easiest for me i think is to build new strut mounting plates.

Nobody can tell you how much camber your car needs, you have to do some testing on a skidpad with a pyrometer.
Telling you I run 2 degrees negative rear, which works well on my car, doesn't mean much if you drive a Camaro. It depends on your car and suspension setup.

How and where you drive also affect your camber, but that's really hard stuff to diagnose, even with a pyrometer. The more negative camber you add, the less braking you can do... well, to a point, at least.
