DAYUM some of those stickers are hard to get off!

I think the #1 hard sticker to get off has got to be the ones that are clear (see-through) because the material seems to get hard and brittle in sunlight, and the stuff just chips off instead of allowing you to peel it off.

I used "Goo Gone" to get the glue residue off - that worked like a charm, I must say.

Stickers - Vinyl graphics - complete pain in the #$%$#.

Anyway, as you know I have had the Talon covered with vinyl graphic schemes a couple of times in the last few years. We take it off every year and a half to detail the body work.

We found the handiest tool to be a hair dryer! Just heat the vinyl up a little (watch your fingers - that glue gets hot) and then peel it off.

That's a very handy trick Nick, thanks for the info! Now I can get these damn Action Front stickers off my windows! :p Joking, joking. Actually, I'm going to leave the Action Front stickers on my car permanently this season, just want to move them to a better location on the car.

Yeah the a hair dryer does work best.

You learn these things after taking graphics off the FF1600 for 10 years!
For the glue, you can also try WD-40 or brake cleaner. The WD-40 is quite cheap and seems to do everything....Maybe not the best, but it get's the job done. I'm sure a good cost benifit analyse would prove the point quite nicely. :)

I used a hair dryer as well. But some of the stickers (specifically the more "plastic" clear stickers) really didn't become much better to get off... I may refuse to ever put the clear stickers on again - that was ridiculous, nearly two hours of scraping with a plastic blade to get the sticker off.

WD40 worked not bad, but this "goo gone" stuff I bought for $1.25 works fantastic... wipe it on... wait 10 seconds... wipe it off and the stuff just rolls up and falls off. Nifty stuff. Doesn't seem to harm the paint, and has no material "warnings" on the back of the product bottle.
