This might be a bad time to ask this, with the new season just getting underway, but does anyone here feel like getting together for a musical jam session?

I'm a bit rusty, but I'm looking to get back into playing guitar non-stop again. I also can be conviced to sing lead  .

Not that off topic in my opinion - racing and music are the only things that I'm interested in. Although with work, the car and all the message boards that I post on I havn't touched my guitars for about a year now - maybe I should forget the message boards..lol.

Yeah, I had a band once (a few weeks ago ... lol). Way too busy for it in the summer, but we'll start up again in the fall. In case you're interrested, here's a link (buy a CD, dammit!):

ps: I'm the drummer :)

Exactly my position as well. Since I started soloing (in the car that is) and bought a computer for home, I haven't played very much at all.

One of my high school buddies that I used to have a band with stopped by last night and it made me want to pick up my guitar. Then I turned around and looked at my two cars that were not running and said "Not tonight!" sigh!

I still love music, although there was five years of absolute rehashed crap in the late 90's, early 00's that made me seriously lose interest in music. (How many Bush clones were there anyway?!?!)

Well, we could always use a power inverter that plugs into the cigarette lighter to run the amps and play between runs! :)

Does anyone want to try and make this happen this year? I'm looking to play with people who are talented enough to play at clubs. Send me an e-mail or PM.

I play 'fancy' rhythm and sing. My play list includes Aerosmith (Amazing, Crying, Sweet Emotion, etc.,) Def Leppard (Photograph,) Scorpions (Tease Me Please Me, Big City Nights, etc.,) Black Sabbath/Ozzy (Crazy Train, Paranoid,) U2 (Sunday Bloody Sunday, etc.) and The Police (Message In A Bottle.)

Great band Arek. I like the sounds you guys pump out. Bring a CD to the next Slush 'n Slide.
