Pre registration on line is open
Huh? I preregistered on Wednesday already.
Or is this just a friendly reminder for everyone else to get their butts in gear and use it?

Yupe this place is fun and if you like airports you should like the old hangers and stuff but you can't go in them. My car saw third lastyear aswell.

holy mary mother... that's one hell of a trip.
is anyone organizing a cruise to get there?
are there any attractions there for "non auto-x caring significant others" to enjoy if they come along?
and - how early do i have to leave to get there on time, from, say, scarlem?
~spoonie
If we end up driving up in the morning (potentially not staying over) we usually organize a "Caravan" up to the event. We usually meet up at Jack Asters in Scarberia and head out from there.

We're going to stay over the night before in order to get there. I'm going to make the reservations today, as soon as I decide which of two motels is best.
This is why I hate those courses where you can choose to go through them different ways - I'm so indecisive, it's amazing I don't just stop dead there for ten minutes while I think it through! :D

I am going to camp at Shannonville after a day at the track (hopefully my car will survive) and then make the 15 minute trek south to Picton.
Now hopefully the weather will be much nicer than last years horizontal torential downpour that we got on Saturday night before the St. Lac. event. At least we had a bunch of hardcores that refused to leave the fire even though we were all soaked to the bone (Good Times!). Camping at the track is ALWAYS a blast!

I am confused as how to pre-register. I enetered all my info and car info, but when I click on event pre-registration it opens up a chart showing all the regional dates. How do I register?
gatherer
05-12-2004, 05:06 PM
well you then click on the date you wish to pre-register for and presto follow the rest fo the steps.

Doesn't work for me. Maby I'm in the wrong spot. I tryed clicking everywhere on the entire chart and nothing. I also get no little hand showing a link. While viewing my profile summary (main page) I click on step 4. Event Registration, beside the link it says "you have not pre-registered for any events." But the chart that opens up has no links off of it.
Webmaster maby???

Awsome, thanx for the help. One other little thing. I got an error once I tryed to register, it was because of the ' in my name. I simply edited my profile and took it out. I would like it back in as thats how my name is spelt, but not a biggie.

Joe, this FSP guy will not be there (so you don't need to worry, you'll win)... and for those who do not want to make the trek to Picton, TLMC is holding an autocross in Barrie at the Molson Centre on the same date.

I'm already registered, but it doesn't seem to say the price yet. Anyone got any idea?
Suzie
I have an idea: clubs should send info to the Director on time, well before the event.

Well I was actually thinking to maybe pick up a used engine and tranny, the tranny has seen alot of abuse and if it just a clutch I would be impressed. Now the engine is another story this thing has been apart twice and if there is damage that I am missdiagnoising internally I wouldn't be surprised, I also think I have been down one exhaust valve since the winter so if I get a used low miler engine in there with a low miler tranny and a new clutch look out. There is also a thought in my head after fixing it trade it in for a Mazda or a Nissan.
oh and I ordered KYB AGX's last week yea new shocks hehehe:( :)

Well I found the problem, I have an experimental engine that has a two piece crankshaft. so I am not rebuilding this thing again which means a newer engine.
