I have a few questions about this.
I would really like to attend. I read through the site and it sound very interesting.

1. Would the School count as an event for the 3 required events that you need to compeete?

2. If no to above question. Does it matter what auto x you participate in? there is one more auto X with the corvette club that i can attend to get the required 3 events to qualify for the PITL Pro-Slalom.

3. Do i have to pre register or can i just show up in the morning and sign up?

Thats it for now,
ill probably think of more later on. :D

for the newbies... this event is super fun, and can be competitive

the classing is VERY CASUAL (good and bad points, but is needed for this style of event)

i'm sure others would agree, its one of the most fun solo II style events to attend

It was brought to my attention that the registration cost isn't posted on that info page.

sorry bout that

registration is $40 bucks (yes its more) but its a rare event, and
cash prize money is given.

regardless if you know you won't win, its still a super fun event lining up beside one of your buddies on the opposite side.

basically go in with an underdawg mentality, and you'll enjoy
the competition.

you're guaranteed 4 runs during qualifying, and unless its packed
usually we try to get everyone involved for the elimination round.

(so you should get more than 4 runs.. unless you drive like Miss. Daisy or have a pig of a car to compete in)

watching each pair line up.. you never know who will come back first with a CLEAN run!! that's why its so fun to participate and watch

Hehehe.

In all seriousness, Dave is right. Go out and have fun. I had a blast last year and I'm trying to make it out this year.

not at all Keith..

i'm just saying like every other club event whether it be hada/pitl/vette etc..

there'll always be certain people/cars you expect to place on top

this event is nothing different.

the best part is you have a total mix of cars going head to head.

try nothing... BE THERE!! have your MRS. Cheer you on or video the runs

from a competitors view.. its far more fun to watch than a regualr solo II

I'm interested in attending as well. I would like to know the cost and if preregistration is available via Email? I do not have a printer to print a copy of the form and mailing it now may not get there in time. I have no idea how much money to send anyhow cuz the cost is not listed at the website. Help please. :)

we did the course layout saturday night..

its fast and challenging, easy to navigate though

pick a side.. they're similar in design but again..
tweaked to even out the times

right side or left.. which one will you favour? which one will you actually be quicker on???

the xmas tree lights and the timing system is gud to go

just do your sunshine dance, and it should be a great event!!

plus... with overwhelming demand... your favorite SUBIE guy will be on heard on the loud speakers

hope all representing clubs will be there to represent!!

Uh, the Christmas Tree!!! Bwahahahahaha... Great strides have been taken to stabilize the "Tree" infrastructure to ensure that it will be working for the entire event. Contingency plans are in place and a DR strategy has been relayed to all key "need to know" participants. Only the coming of the Ice Age will keep this tree from working. Oh wait, there's an Ice Age Movie coming out shortly.

Ariel will be there flaling his arms, just in case the tree decides to take a vacation. LOL :D

You will all be assimilated! Thank you, er thank you very much... Hubba hubba.

Is your cup, half empy or half full..... Looks like 40% chance of no rain to me, anyways, didin't someone say that rain was the equalizer.

Muahahahah!!! I still want some sunshine though.
