Second event on the 2016 CASC-OR Race Ontario Calendar!

Come on out and join in the fun!

Calabogie MotorSports Park (calabogiemotorsports.com), proudly celebrating our 10th Anniversary, in partnership with the Motorsport Club of Ottawa (mco.org), are excited to announce our inaugural “Kyle Nash Memorial Race Weekend” event on June 3-5, 2016.

This event is named in memory of a young man - Kyle Nash - whose family has been very involved in Motorsports for many years including most recently the CMP Challenge Series, MCO Organization and IMSA. It is our hope that each of you racing in this event will think of it as “Kyle’s Weekend”. A weekend of great fun, comraderie, and some awesome racing.

Calabogie MotorSports Park is a world class, 5.05 km long, 40 feet wide race track of smooth, smooth asphalt nestled in the natural beauty of the Calabogie Highlands. Our facility offers 20 challenging turns with changes in elevation and camber.

If you haven’t had the opportunity to race at this wonderful facility, “Kyle’s Weekend” is one of two CASC-OR Regional Race events held here in the 2016 Race Season.

This event offers a CASC-OR Championship Schedule and will feature the CTCC (Canadian Touring Car Championship).

We look forward to seeing you trackside for “Kyle’s Weekend”. Want more information? Please visit our website at www.calabogiemotorsports.com or by calling 613-752-1252.

There is some fuel sold at the track itself. I'll let someone from CMP
say what it is they sell.

Doug, confirming that there is 91 and 94 sold on site. If you are going to need a lot - or if someone reading this needs something higher octane - then a very quick call to Stinson Fuels in Ottawa for them to drop it off. Its getting really close so don't delay making the call.

Also, you can always reach the track at 613-752-1252 to make sure or to ask any questions about what to expect.

You are going to like what you see when you get there - we'll make sure of that!! :D

I just called the Petro Canada Station at 100 Dufferin Street in Perth at 613-267-0169 and they do not have 94 octane.

No. Again they sell 94 at the track.

Also Stinsons in Arnprior has 94 and 98 at the pump. And that's only 30 min from the track.

Doug - No, 94 is sold on site at CMP.

I am not sure of your route but if you let me know, I'll check the list of Petro Canada stations on the way and call to see if they have 94.

Yep! Stinson has 94 and 98 pumps right at 417 and White Lake Rd. in Arnprior.
PLUS on Fri, Sat and Sun. 94 is discounted 3 cents/litre.

But you can't beat 94 @ CMP for convenience!

I just noticed that there are late fees for registration after 11:30 pm tonight (Tues)! Nobody regrets racing at CMP.

Sent on behalf of CMP/MCO Kyle Nash Memorial Races

Just a quick reminder that the Kyle Nash Memorial Races are this weekend at Calabogie Motorsports Park. To be considered a pre-entry you have to register before midnight (Tuesday May 31). You do not have to pay when you register - if you want to pay at the track use the 'Skip Payment' option.:)

Hi John. Everyone gets a wristband at the gate upon arrival. Drivers and four crew members get their upgraded wristbands at Registration when it opens on the 2nd floor of the 'Solar Building' (located in the paddock right across from Pit Exit) at 7:00 AM Friday morning. Overcrew passes are $20 each for the weekend.

Spectator tickets are available at the gate or right here - https://www.eventbrite.ca/e/kyles-weekend-kyle-nash-memorial-weekend-featuring-ctcc-tickets-25694789808#tickets
