Vintage Festival

Congratulations to VARAC on the occasion of the 25th Vintage Festival. This was an exceptional weekend that was extremely well planned and executed. There were large grids as over 200 competitors raced in front of a big enthusiastic crowd. The hospitality was second to none. I know why so many volunteers want to work this event. This truly is the benchmark for events in Ontario. Just Fabulous!

it was an excellent weekend. I was disappointed by the performance of the few Datsun 510s out there, but they were in extremely fast company!

On behalf of VARAC, thanks for the kind words John - I've posted your message to the VARAC club forum, thanks for attending and supporting such a fun and historic event!


- Fun note on the 510s.... there was at least four 510's out there (two in the original BRE colours)... classic!!! One in particular built by Doug Respecki that was in AMAZING condition. And great to see on the grid! As you know, our cars may not be fast - but maybe our fun just lasts longer :)
