Obd Scanner. One Or One And A Half?

I have an OBDII scanner. What year car does he have? OBDII started with a few cars in 1995, and all cars in 1996, if I remember correctly.

My guess is he's getting a hi temp alert.

if you have both connectors, your obd2 will scan an obd1 unit.
