Looking for some 3inch to 2.5 inch transition couplers and some 3 ID silicone hose. Can be the lower quality ones used for non pressure applications.

Where can i find these things short of buying online from USA? There has to be some store in GTA that sells them for reasonable prices.

BTW 55 CDN + tax is not reasonable. If i can't find any then it's more Home Depot Racing Developement with rubber couplers.

after surfing the net for hours i found out that driverfx.ca aka keystone has vibrant brand silicone sleeves for Air intake applications (non high temp, can not hold pressure) for 6.97 CDN for 3 inch to 3 inch couplers and 6.97 CDN for reducers from 3 inch to 2.5 inch in various ***** colors.

Not bad... now i just need to find a place that sells and stocks K&N filters for good prices. NEver the less i'll give Ziggy a shout, but hamilton isn't around the corner for me...

take a sample of your tubing, and go to homo depot or a plumbing store

its ghetto, but cheap and works

Take a look in the yellow pages locally for a hydralics shop or a industrial supply, you can also get the nice band clamps alot cheaper from them.

You cannot use home depot couplers for steel/aluminum tubing as Home depot couplers are made for pvc pipe which is measured for the ID not the OD.

If you want silicone couplers you can buy them from

Cisco (look it up in the phone book under hydrulic supplies). Warning though you cannot buy 3-4inches you have to buy about a 4ft long tube which is like $100:eek:

Cisco is also main AreoQuip Distributor for Ontario(or canada).

Check out the local (heavy) truck dealer. Kenworth/International/Volvo....whatever. Truck rad hose can often be found in the appropriate size, and can take the heat/pressure just fine. Cheap too.;)
