rims with tires

I have a set of four tires and rims
the rims are from a 1985 Celica GTS and are the four by one fifteen bolt pattern
tires are good shape one has a little scruff on the side wall

what does "mostly stock" mean???

Hey Jason the rims and tires are still for sale

and mostly stock means: cone filter, crossdrilled front rotors, KVR pads on the front, Rear sway bar from RK sport, Magnaflow muffler, and bigger tires P225/55r16 as apossed to P205/55r16 but the car still pulls pretty good.
