I'd like to take this opportunity to thank all those people who showed concern for my well being after my hard crash on Sunday. It was quite overwhelming to see the support of my fellow racers, marshalls, workers and friends who were concerned I was hurt worse than I actually was after meeting up with the wall during Sundays sprint race.
After a brief contact from another car, which I know was not intentional, I was sent spinning into the Corner 9 wall. After initially trying to save it, I was able to get the car pointed more towards the wall instead of the drivers the door where I was headed. Special thanks to the corner workers and medical staff ensuring my eggs were'nt scrambled too much after I got out of the car.
I'll now nurse more sore bones and bruises and be back with our original 223 car in two weeks to start this insanity all over again.
Again thanks for all your care & concern, I really appreciate it. It's nice to know I have such a large circle of friends within our "Race Family"
