looking for RX-7/Miata

I'm looking for a first gen RX-7, the motor is not important but a solid frame is. I'm also interested in a Miata with a bad motor for a rotary swap.
I have a 1986 Audi 5000 turbo quattro for possible trade. Thanks very much.
