one of my apprentices is building an 85 civic. if i recall correctly, the old honda/michelin cages were bolt in.
does anybody have one they'd like to part with?

Call Ralph at CSC Racing, www.cscracing.com, he has the jigs and can make you up a new one in a couple of days if you can't locate what you want.

this is a young guy trying to save costs, so a new build probably isn't in the cards. beside, for the most part it will only see street use (unless i convince him to let me solo2 it!)
don't put a cage in a street car only put a roll bar in you will void your insurance among other things if your involed in a accedent
IMO

Is he going to wear a helmet when he drive on the street? He'd better if it has a cage!
