HELP Main Relay Civic

I am looking for a Main Relay PGM -F1 for a `1988- 1991 Civic DX (1500). This is the relay that hides behind the little coin storage drawer that is on the extreme left hand side of the dash. The car fires if I put gas into the throttle body, but otherwise does not start/ no fuel at throttle body. If I direct wire the pump I get fuel to the throttle body but still a no run situation. Any suggestions? I have been told that I need this relay. :

If you get me a part number or better yet a picture of the pinouts or wiring diagram of the relay I'll try to help you find a replacement. And if it says Omron on the part, you'll be in even better luck.
