some amazing pics of the menards at work, interesting to see just how much they roll over in a turn.

This picture is one of the coolest I've ever seen:

The guy is in full drift and he still looks right at the camera with a thumbs up. Very cool.....

Some nice cars in there,my favorite would be the miata-I'm sure that would make an excellent stud car.

The miata would be a hoot , but driving those Modified winged beasts would be AWESOME!!:D

Well I just found a picture of the tires they use. I think Tom would be upset if this got on his track. The A.M.E.C. Racers are also having trouble finding lakes with proper thickness. Last weekend was cancelled and this weekend has been moved. Aren't you glad we are on solid ground.

This pic site has just been up-dated with 10 to 15 new pics ...

Its amazing that they can keep their street driven cars in such good shape ...

They do drive some weird (read, strange to us), equipment in the rubber classes.

Whoa-you'd need some serious hp to use those stud tires.I'd think the cost would be pretty high with those carbide sled studs too.

That's the way it should be.. Maybe more cars would come out if the drivers here used their heads....:)

Of course "back then" cars were made out of the same material as Sherman Tanks. Ice had to be 8 feet thick to support them. If you got caught up on a snowbank you were there 'til spring. If you got bumped racing on the Ottawa river you may have eneded up in Montreal and nobody wanted that.

Now that cars are plastic they cannot take the abuse unless it's a Volvo. They are made from old reposessed German Tanks. Nothing can destroy them except salt.

SACEWE, next?

:D
