I NEED more track time !!!

Well looking over my schedule, I will be lapping or attending driving schools or races - every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday in April, starting from the 5th.

Now - at the risk of sounding obsessed (like a certain friend of mine in a Red BMW) - does any one know of any earlier lapping days - maybe something at the end of March? or any lap events on weeknights?

The Sanair tracks are already operating here near Montreal. For the next 2-3 weeks, the police have rented the tracks for training. After that, you can do unlimited lapping there for 100$ per person per day. I will be taking my car there as soon as it's ready. This is not available every day, so one has to call to make sure. Of course, for 100$, there are no flaggers, no nothing. You don't know who else has rented the track or what experience they have. There may even be superbikes on the track at the same time as you! Anyway, when my friends and I go, we'll bring our own walkie talkies and keep one in each car.

However, you can't beat that for track time

Nick, if you want a lot of seat time, come to the Open Track Challenge with me and Geo in May. It's like 'One Lap of America' except there's less driving between tracks and tons of actual track time (minimum 2 hours track time per venue). WOW - Sounds fanatastic - you guys go kick some "touring 4" butt (our southerly neighbours still don't accept that we won both of the hockey gold medals!).
