That's hilarious. LOL.. That book was intended to make money of the "Darknights" crowd with regards to legal mods.
Nothing to do with how Insurance companies deal with mods. LOL
Did you know.. Pacer is not what it appears to be.

While I'm sure it was with the best of intentions, it's a massively unfortunate shame what the folks at PACER have inflicted upon that poor, misused S2000.
Like a race-bred greyhound made up like a poodle.
