Novice?????

Bringing a topic back up from the WOSCA event. I'm wondering if I would still be considered a novice in regionals. The only racing I have done is this WOSCA winter series and I missed the second event due to mechanical breakdown??
Any Ideas??

If you have competed in less than 3 events BEFORE January 1st and have never held any type of competition license in the past, you will be considered a novice.
