Help with Registration

It appears that a WOSCA member made a mistake on their payment cheque at the open-house. Who is the chief registrar for the series and what is their email so that our member can contact them and sort it out.

Oddly enough I couldn't find any contact info on the Solo-1 site. Where is it hidden?
