I'm hoping to go, hoping my brake pads get here in time, hoping to have money for tires. If I make it I'll see if I can keep up, my new sway bar is good for 100whp so that should even it up.

If I had cubic money like all you rich Bimmer and S2000 nerds I'd register for the big track event too...that and having Chris as an "instructor" seems a little too much like having Evil Knivel as a Safety Director.

CHris says to student, "come on now, get your inside wheels too the grass side of the rumble strips! Think of them as hurdles dammit!". Who would have guessed Bimmers make such good lawn mowers! :D

yeah come out guys..it should be fun...i have a mandate to burn off 2 sets of old r tires that day...so the shards of tires will be flying :)

Christian, that's a nice splitter/harvester! I've actually made a splitter for my car too. It's not quite as large as yours, but then very few of us can make such a claim :eek:

Adam, you'll see my splitter/spoiler soon enough and it'll be fairly obvious how I built it. Until then, you'll just have to live in suspense :)

In my previous post I had stated that I was hoping to go to the track day. Hoping my brakes get here in time, hoping to have money for tires.

I should have added, hoping I will not get layed off.
