Here's a very good article on selecting helmets published in the BCC magazine 'Contact' a while ago. The article was published a while ago and the latest rating avail at that time was SA95 I believe; I would look for SA2000 and up helmet if buying one now.
Good luck.

Getting a helmet that fits rights is very important. Not only from a comfort perspective but also from a safety standpoint. You don't want your helmet to be too tight but you don't want it to slip off your head just when you really want it to do it's job.
I'd really recommend working with an experienced salesperson on this front. Especially if you're looking for an SA helmet. Go up to CSC Racing (http://www.cscracing.com) in Newmarket and talk to Jennifer. She'll help you try on different helmets until you find out that work for you.
FYI, CSC Racing is one of our Solo 1 sponsors so it's always a good idea to support them as much as we can.
You might want to read this online fitment guide before starting your search -

The Bell M2 helmet is a good full faced choice for someone who wears glasses, since the eye port is larger than normal meaning it's easier to get your glasses on and off. You can't beat CSC Racing for Bell stuff and other racewear like nomex suits, gloves, shoes, etc.
