I have some, but I'm not willing to sell them. Kosei stopped making the 45mm offset that I have, and they might yet fit some cars I'm thinking about... like and ITR :P

The Tire Rack sells ASA LW5's in 15x7 for $79 US each (I think this is a special price). They are +48 offset.
I used a set of these on my protege, but they are the correct fit for the ITR.
Not quite as light as the Kosei's, but close, and cheaper.

I hear you can once again get custom drilled K1s from Tire Rack, so the much-sought-after +45mm is once again available. $189US/ea last I checked. But I'm a cheap bastard, so that option is out for me (I'm also looking for a set of 15x7 5x114.3 +45ish wheels). I'm not sure if you could get away with a +35mm offset on an ITR, but the wheels I have my streets mounted on are light and cheap (ATS Comp Lites, ~13lb, ~100US/ea). I just picked up a set of +38 15x7s that I have yet to test fit. If they don't work out for me then I may be interested in getting rid of them... Apart from that, if you'll settle for a 6.5" 20+lb (+45mm) wheel I'm sure I can hook you up with something for not much more than $100/set.

I was looking at Rota's website the other day looking for hub bore size, and I noticed they offer several rims in 5x114.3, but to get a 7" rim you need 16's, 15's only come 6.5 from what I saw. This probably isn't news to you, but if you poke around maybe you'll get lucky with one.
