It would appear this password is different than the CASC site.

I know I've pre-registered for an event before so my ID exists.

Can the ADMIN please send me my password to my e-mail account please?

Thanks,

...remember all the talk at the beginning of the year about the AWD advantage in the rain and how PAX was stacked against some cars?

I think I have some good rubber for the wet. I'd really like to try it against the Falkens. Hopefully the rest of the events will all be wet.
I don't know if TonyK got a hold of some 710's but it sure would be nice if somebody came out and gave him a hard time in ESP.
Wet is good to negate the tire war a little. Any chance of having a spec tire next year?

t.

slippy is great. let it rain down...

Hoosiers are a GREAT AWD tire....

But Tony seems to even spin his trear tires off the line...

AWD cars have ample straight line grip.... so who not go for the tire with more LATERAL grip... the Hoosier!

I wonder why it's taken the Subie guys so long to figure this out!

Environment Canada says:

"Mix sun and cloud . Low 24 high 31"

I find the weathernetwork really crappy lately...... but here's their forecast:
http://www.theweathernetwork.com/weather/cities/can/Pages/CAON0100.htm

40% of rain.....

It won't rain. If it does, it'll be one of those 10 minute thunder showers. I got some Hoosiers comin my way, so get ready for this novice from Rogue Squadron to kick it up a notch.

Does anyone know if we can bring passengers? I seem to remember some COMP events they wouldn't let one ride along.

07-15-2005, 07:41 PM
Well, it looks like I might get pre-empted again. If I'm not done work by 6 am next morning it looks like I might have to work Sunday. So I'm probably not going to make it out at all. ARGHHHHHHHH! At least I didn't end up getting raped on ebay for nothing!!!

I feel like a guy with ED. I keep saying I'm coming, but I can never get up.

Technically ride alongs during competition are only legal if your not a competitor and not a minor.

Not a competitor? Since when?

COMP has their own rules and they don't allow passengers, unless either the passenger or driver are on the instructors list. Last year I was told that I would not be added to the instructors list as there were enough instructors as is (at the time I was the reigning two time regional champion).

gatherer
07-15-2005, 11:37 PM
well there is that whole rule about a competitor seeing a course at speed....in the rule book it isn't stated that the rule is only restricted to course walks...and so therefore would be in effect for the whole event....

THe logic makes sense....

Marsh

Usually $35 for COMP events. That big lot costs them a small fortune.
