It was fun. Hadn't done autox in a while... forgot how much I suck at it, fun nevertheless. For the next event I'll bring my R compounds out since solo1 is a wash-up this summer. Might as well use up the Rs since it looks like I won't be able to burn them out solo1 racing this summer.
Oh... and to get a round of aplause you need to take the last turn before the stop box in a 4 wheel drift with the engine bouncing off the 9K rev limiter like Beehler... (IF I could only do that)....
I had fun too. It's becoming PITL tradition for me to pull 1.5 secs out of my ass for my last run only to take a 2-sec penalty for a net loss. D'oh!

Top 3 FTD times and for C-Mod class...
First place - 39.938
Kreutzweiser - 39.942
McDeathandDestruction - 39.945
WOAH!
That's some close times! Even F1 isn't THAT close with the top 3 cars!
Top 3 cars.... all supercharged Miatas....
Must have been a supercharged-miata course...
HEHE!!!! :p :D
What isn't!
Fun day... People really seem to like PITL... and I can see why... it's laid-back enough... lots of in-class competition... and the day moves pretty well... and you get licked around noon.... perfect!

Pffft. There are those on the Insight forum who argue that Honda was wasteful and negligent for adding a rear wiper to the car and increasing the car's weight.
Believe me, if I could put on enough extra pounds to hold an umbrella without fear of flying away, I'd be thrilled! :P
