Good show man, I did not want to be the only one out there in CS, it would have been boring. Competition is good :)

Is there anywhere we can go to see what cars and classes are registered for the CADL portion of the event??? It might help bring more Ontario regional people to PMG.... not direct competition but a great comparision.....

Since it's part of the quebec regional championship series, you can probably bet the same people will be there that appear on this link -> http://www.cadl.qc.ca/Results/2005/Ev_02_r%e9sultats.pdf

Hope this helps.

Don't think so, but I figure there will be at least 100+ from the Belle Province.

That and last week FinBoy lit a fire under them and CADL said they WILL be faster than anything from Ontario! Bring it! :D :D :D ;)

Just keep in mind that they use SCCA rules for their classification, I'm in there (car #136) as a CSP car just because I don't have 16 inch wheels on the car. But it does give you an idea of the cars that will be there.

Does that mean they run a street tire class? If so, I wonder how many would come out to compete against R-shod cars if they don't have a set of R's at hand?

Doesn't look like too many for ESP :D ...Tony and Pete are enough anyway. Also, that Moostang is creeping up

Yes they do have a street tire classes, sts and stx. I went to one of their events last year, and found out that 2nd gen. Miatas are excluded from the street tire classes

I'd worry about the Moostang too, he's hungry and wants that 95% for the shootout I'm sure he'll make it too.

just a note.. at the last PMG event.. i was talking to Carl (type R guy)

he is hyped about the event.. and is hoping that a good representation from the regional drivers come out.

I said its a far drive.. but the hardcore will find a way

that being said..

yes it is far, but it is a fantastic lot.. super flat.. (no drainage), no pot holes, no bird poo, no lamp posts.. just one big open piece of tar.. go all out with absolute no worries of curbs, poles anything!!!

apparently the joint MCO/CADL event was wicked.. they used the size of the lot, and had a fantastic course.. people still talk about it

i think this would be a perfect test for a national type event.. even though its ontario/quebec.. you'd get a lot of nice cars out there

anyhow...

i would say its a MUST go to event

do the convoy thing.. and make it a fun trip out.. lots of time to plan it out as a group

anyhow...

BE THERE!!!!

That would be a Livingstone.... It's a home built car (assuming that is the one that makes it out to some Solo 1 events)

Lotus Europa (http://www.ultimatecarpage.com/frame.php?file=car.php&carnum=1063)

You may have click on the Lotus Europa S1 tab near the top.

Unless it was a kit car, kind of hard to tell from the small image.
