1. 225/50 does in fact fit on a 5.5" rim
2. 225/50/14 Hoosier does not fit in the rear wheel well
3. R-Compounds are hard to get used to
4. 225/50/14 Hoosier tends to touch the fuel filler guard a tad on 1st Gen Proteges
5. 225/50/14 Hoosiers are definitely better than my stock Nexans on 17s
6. Still not anywhere near Hanif...bastard!
7. I'm over it
8. I am the king of the perpetual sunburn
9. V6 Proteges are officially the best sounding vehicles on earth. Mike, throw some 2.5" exhaust on that badboy so we can ALL hear it
10. I'm still over it
11. Brian's course has the official 'highest cone count' course of the regionals so far...if you didn't hit at least one cone on this day...you're lying
12. I'm over it
13. Rogue Squadron rocks. After seeing my 225/50/14 burn away my fuel filler shield, Simon let me use his V710s on the rear, and my Hoosiers on his rear.
14. This resulted in my best showing yet
15. R compounds are hard to get used to
16. If I were any more over it, I'd be rattled all over again.

1) Stainless brake lines failing midcourse make things interesting.
2) Pedal going to the floor when trailbraking does not feel good.
3) Tony and the Subaru guys are coool! Thanks for all the help getting me back out for the rest of the event!
4) TAC put on a good event this year.
1) I CAN go into the stop box without doing a big smokey 4-wheel-lockup. Unfortunately I learned this way to late.
2) A 240SX is wider than my car. In fact, just about anything is. Except an Old Mini.
3) Old Minis are really cool. Actually I already knew this.
4) Having a saturday autocross will screw up my mental calender for the rest of the day. Probably the rest of the week too.
5) The spare tyre from my grey car & my parts car are different sizes?!
Great event guys!

Oooh, I can join one of these posts now!...
1) I really enjoyed my Solo2 experience Saturday. Thanks!
2) Must dump the crappy hard street tires before I do it again.
3) I now know what all this Subaru talk is about. Those things are crazy fast.
4) Solo2 brings forward all kinds of mechanical weak spots you didn’t know about before, like a weaker left front brake and a soft 1-2 synchro.
5) Valve float makes a great built in rev limiter...We'll not really.

I learned that Cordeiro has got that Wasabi-demon working well... and that on slicks... and looking sexy in that fire-suit.... means that FTD is going to be shared with S/C'd Miatas from now on!
;) :D
I also learned that Brian can design a course... that while not IMHO fully pax-fair (mainly lot-dependant... unless you want a mid 20 something sec. course) can design a very nice, technical layout... with a bit of everything that was VERY fun to drive!!! Some risk-reward sections...
I also hope that the next Brampton event is more of a simple layout that allows cars with power... to take advantage of it... seeing as they're taking the pax-hit regardless of course layout. - Peterborough and 2 Brampton events... make it hard for those taking hits for POWA. :( Regional course designers need to think about how cars with power will be able to do on them IMHO... It's not necessarily that H-Stock and C-stock have grossly favorable pax #'s.... it's just that cars with power can't take adequate advantage of it with the nature of the courses being designed on the lots that we can get ahold of. DDT was good in that regard... Bronte may have been if it was dry... Picton was as well...
Fun day...
Woke up the next morning with unexplained bruises...
;) :D

1. Alot can be learned at the timing tent.
2. Cone voodoo is something I must learn in order to be as successful as Mr. Tong.
3. Tony isnt always the first one on the lot.
4. Dont ever talk about not hitting cones, because at the next event you are sure to cone on all but 2 runs.
5. Running a great event with 2 more still scheduled for the weekend leaves you :) untill a trailer tire goes !!BANG!!.
Looking forward to PMG see you all there.
