View Full Version : OTC Recap article
Ok guys, for any of you who happened to follow our briefly glorious adventure at the Open Track Challenge out in California, here's a recap article I've just posted on the HADA website.

Enjoy!
Dave
hi dave,
that was a very well written article...awesome..
so in the end was it the injector?
Actually Adam, I'm still not sure what the cause of the problems is/was. I should know in the next few days though, so I'll keep you posted.
Glad you enjoyed the article :)
Cheers,
Dave
i guess being a professor helps with the writing skills :)
did you finish your paper yet?
paper, what paper? :p Nope, still not finished my thesis, but should do this summer (even if it kills me, which it just might at this point). If it wasn't for racing, I would have been done 2 years ago :)
maybe you should somehow incorporate the effects of racing on society or do some type of study like that :)
I've thought about that, but it's not something the mainstream academic community would be too impressed with. More realistically, I'll probably try to do some freelance automotive writing for newspapers and magazines. I've been published in a few magazines already, both for automotive and anthropologically related issues. I wrote an article for MacLean's magazine a few years ago about Somali refugees and the landed immigrant process in Canada.
well as you can see after many years from being away from acadamia i have resorted to not even using capitals
i used to head up a society "people against capitals" it was based on saving the world billions of dollars thru saved key strokes..i mean ...if i say dave went to buffalo..you know that dave is a person and buffalo is a place....its common sense...anyway we could never convince many people to switch over....
i like your thinking adam. i'll never use a capitol ever again! um, what about punctuation, should we do away with that too? :)
now is it capitol or capital :)
hmmm punctuation..i guess we can leave that for now..
