The RallySport Ontario Bylaws require that 10% of the total eligible membership be present in person or by proxy to meet the requirement for quorum at the AGM on Saturday, March 25, 2006.
If you were a member of an RSO club in 2005, please give your proxy to someone who will be attending the meeting. You may do that in writing or by e mail. If doing it by e mail, please send your proxy to secretary@rallysport.on.ca
If you do not know of anyone who will be attending, you may assign your proxy to any one of the current Board members – Ray Felice, Ryan Huber, Jeff Hagan, Alan Ryall and Ross Wood.
You can download a proxy on the front page of the RSO website at www.rallysport.on.ca or you can simply complete one as follows:

______________, an RSO affiliated club, hereby appoint and authorize
______________________ to vote on my behalf at the RallySport Ontario
